Not sure, but other than my first res sensors so far most have been ok thankfully Calibration is optional for the Dexcom G7 sensor and can be performed if you have symptoms that do not align with your posted CGM values

Neither number is the same as the lab test your healthcare provider performs. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them, then do the fingerstick test. Also, the G7 seems to calibrate to the number that's entered or really close to that number
